Financial Wellness Upgrade Campaign
for Prudential

Facilitation of the Design Sprint which led to the development of a strategy and campaign targeting top 25 Clients within the Corporate sector, with the goal of obtaining conversions to upgrade to a new Financial Wellness Platform and promotion of the company's LINK product. This included an interactive, illustrated infographic; numerous strategic emails which specifically pulled out and highlighted the 5 key items from within the infographic; and personalized mailer brochures to add a custom, physical touchpoint.

 

This campaign successfully obtained its goal of 700,000 additional Permission Participants, and 140% of a targeted 900,000 of participants accessed the company's LINK offering.
